1. Product Description

A simple, solid flange machined from alloy steel forgings (ASTM A182), with bolt holes manufactured in accordance with relevant flange standards. The sealing face (RF, RTJ) is precision-machined to ensure a tight fit with the connecting flange. They are offered in all standard sizes and pressure ratings.

2. Key Parameters

Produced in compliance with ASME B16.5 for all pressure classes (Class 150 up to Class 2500) and sizes ranging from 1/2" to 24" and larger. Wall thickness is engineered to resist design pressure without deformation. Sealing faces include Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), and Flat Face (FF).
