Product Description

Nickel Alloy Pipe is a high-performance pipe made from nickel-based alloy materials, including Inconel 600/601/625/718, Monel 400/K500, Hastelloy C276/C22, Incoloy 800/800H/825 and other professional grades. It is available in seamless and welded types, with standard specifications ranging from 1/8" to 24" outer diameter, wall thickness from SCH5 to SCH160, and length in 6m, 12m or customized sizes.

The pipe has a metallic silver color, with bright pickling, acid-washed or polished surface finish. It features high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, excellent corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt and seawater, good mechanical strength, creep resistance and long service life. Key standards include ASTM B161, B163, B165, B407, B409, ASME SB161, SB163, SB165, etc.

It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, marine engineering, aerospace, electric power, nuclear energy, heat exchangers, boilers and high-pressure pipeline systems. Suitable for conveying corrosive medium, high-temperature gas and fluid under extreme working conditions. With stable performance, high dimensional accuracy and good interchangeability, it is widely applied in various high-end industrial fields.
