Product Description

This seamless nickel alloy pipe is strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B161 standard, using premium UNS N02200 (Ni 200) nickel alloy as the raw material, ensuring superior quality and consistent performance for industrial pipeline applications. Ni 200 (UNS N02200) is a pure nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, especially against alkaline solutions, organic compounds, and most neutral media, making it ideal for harsh working environments. It also boasts good thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and ductility, with high tensile strength and toughness, enabling easy machining, bending, and welding during installation. 800 alloys typically contain 15-25% Cr, 30-45% Ni, and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high chromium content and enough nickel content, so it has very good temperature corrosion resistance. In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, widely used in the manufacture of stress corrosion cracking equipment.
