Product Description
These seamless U-bend tubes are produced according to ASTM A213 / ASME SA213 standard, using TP304, TP316L stainless steel with SCH 80 wall thickness. The seamless process ensures uniform wall thickness, smooth inner surface and high dimensional accuracy. Professional U-bending technology maintains material properties and avoids cracks or deformation.
304 and 316L stainless steel provide excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high temperature stability. SCH 80 structure ensures strong pressure bearing capacity and long service life. The seamless design reduces flow resistance and leakage risks, improving efficiency and safety of boiler systems.
Widely used in corrosion-resistant boilers, heat exchangers, food industry boilers and marine boiler equipment. Suitable for high-temperature fluid, steam and corrosive medium transportation.
