Product Description
These seamless U-bend pipes comply with ASTM A213 / ASME SA213 standard, made of T22, T91 alloy steel with SCH 80 wall thickness. The seamless production process ensures uniform wall thickness, high mechanical strength and excellent structural integrity. Precise U-bending and heat treatment avoid cracks and internal stress, meeting strict requirements for high-temperature boiler applications.
T22 and T91 alloy steel deliver superior high temperature strength, creep resistance and oxidation resistance, far better than ordinary carbon steel. SCH 80 structure provides strong pressure resistance and long service life, adapting to severe working conditions of high temperature and high pressure. Seamless design reduces welding points and improves sealing performance.
They are widely used in high-pressure boilers, heat exchangers, condensers and power station equipment.
