Product Description
These seamless U-bend tubes are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM A213 / ASME SA213 standard, available in T11, T12 carbon steel grades with SCH 80 heavy wall thickness. Produced by hot rolling and cold drawing seamless process, they feature uniform wall thickness, high density and excellent structural stability. Professional U-bending and heat treatment ensure no cracks in the bending area, uniform stress distribution and reliable performance under high temperature.
T11 and T12 carbon steel materials provide good high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance, suitable for long-term operation in boiler and heat exchange environments. SCH 80 wall thickness enhances pressure bearing capacity and service life, effectively ensuring safety and stability. The seamless structure reduces leakage risks and improves overall system reliability.
