It has good physical properties
The linear expansion coefficient of P92 steel is the same as that of P91 steel, which is lower than that of austenitic steel and even lower than that of P22 steel. Therefore, when the unit is started and stopped, the anti fatigue damage ability of P92 steel is better than that of austenitic steel and P22 steel, and the thermal conductivity is the same as that of P91 steel and higher than that of austenitic steel
It has higher creep rupture strength at high temperature than P91 steel
The normal temperature strength and high temperature strength of P92 steel are higher than that of P91 steel. According to the test results of various countries, the creep rupture strength of P92 steel at different temperatures of 550 ℃, 600 ℃ and 625 ℃ estimated according to ASME standard is 199mpa, 131MPA and 101mpa respectively; The creep rupture strength of P91 steel at corresponding temperature is 141mpa, 98mpa and 68mpa respectively
