Background:

High-manganese steel alloy elbows are used in pipelines with strong fluid flow and strong impact; nickel steel alloy elbows are usually used in high-concentration oxidizing acid (nitric acid, sulfuric acid) and other normal temperature pipelines. However, in the pipeline of reducing acid (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, etc.), it will be severely corroded, unless the concentration of hydrochloric acid is very low; martensitic alloy elbows have high high temperature strength, resistance and water vapor corrosion resistance below 650 ° C ability, but poor weldability.
