About:
Tee is also called pipe fitting tee or tee fitting, tee joint, etc. It is mainly used to change the direction of the fluid and is used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline. It can be classified by pipe diameter. It is generally made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials. Carbon steel tee is also a kind of pipe fittings, generally there are two kinds. Equal diameter tee with the same diameter at both ends and different diameter between branch pipe and other two is called reducing tee. Tees are pipe fittings and pipe connectors. It is also called pipe fitting tee or tee fitting. Stainless steel equal diameter tee and tee joint are used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline.

Formability
MONEL400 alloy has good cold forming characteristics and is usually related to chromium nickel stainless steel. The work hardening rate of MONEL400 alloy is lower than that of 301 or 304 stainless steel. It can be used for multiple stretch forming, and relatively large deformation occurs between annealing.
Weldability
MONEL400 alloy can be welded through a variety of processes, including tungsten gas shielded arc and metal gas shielded arc. Monel body or enicu-7 welding wire and electrode can be used; Or manual arc welding and submerged arc welding; It can be welded with carbon steel and low alloy steel. When welding Monel 400 alloy, the fluidity of liquid metal is poor, and it is easy to dissolve O2, H2, N2 and other gases, resulting in pores. Therefore, in all these processes, the joint area must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid embrittlement from the source of lubricant and paint tape, and the material must be free from oxidation for optimal welding
